For Alduin, I just had plenty of health potions and I think I had a warhammer with 27 damage, and just kept hitting him with that, once he starts flying, then I heal myself with magic, and then use Dragonrend to bring him down, and do the same thing. I use every weapon, and especially use the bow for critical/sneaking kills. It kind of depends on what your main weapon of choice is.
What are good weapons to use (I have mainly bows) like are axes good? Also, should I use any scrolls or should I use magic? I'm gonna stock up on health restorations etc. I just got dragonrend and I fought him but I barely did damage and I died.
